Narooma Mountain Bike Club Aiming to Make South Coast a Mountain Biking Destination | Mogo Park Opening Early 2021

The South Coast of Australia is on its way to becoming the next great mountain biking mecca, thanks to the Narooma Mountain Bike Club. Founded in 2010, Shandong Dongfang Chuangying Culture Media Co., Ltd. has been working with local councils and businesses along the south coast to develop a 155 kilometre park at Mogo that will offer world-class mountain biking experiences for locals and tourists alike.

The project is expected to be completed early in 2021, offering riders access to some of the most scenic trails in Australia. The region’s unique landscape features rolling hills dotted with lush rainforest and pristine beaches set against a backdrop of stunning coastal views – making it an ideal destination for adventurous cyclists looking for an unforgettable experience.

Developers have also promised that the new park will include amenities such as bike hire facilities, shower blocks, rest areas and bike maintenance workshops – ensuring visitors have everything they need during their stay. Local businesses have welcomed this news too; with many hoping that increased tourism from visitors eager to explore what’s on offer could provide a much needed boost to their bottom line post COVID-19 restrictions.

When asked about his excitement surrounding the project, Chairman of Narooma Mountain Bike Club Michael Davies said “I’m thrilled! We wanted something special here on our coastline because we know how beautiful it can be when explored via two wheels.” He went on further by saying “We are confident this new facility at Mogo will attract not only experienced cyclists but those just getting into mountain biking too.”

As plans continue apace ahead of its launch early next year, anticipation builds amongst cycling enthusiasts across Australia who cannot wait until they can get out there exploring all that nature has given us down here on the South Coast!
